The legal framework for our partnership. Effective March 11, 2026.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PayDesk platform, your educational institution ("Institution") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school, campus, or educational organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

02. Subscription & Fees

PayDesk is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS). Subscription fees are based on the selected tier (Starter, Growth, or Elite) and are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in restricted access to the administrative dashboard, student billing tools, and live transport monitoring features.

03. User Responsibilities

The Institution is responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of student and financial data entered.
  • Maintaining secure access credentials for all staff accounts.
  • Complying with local data protection laws regarding student information.
  • Verifying that parents/guardians have consented to the use of their data for school logistics and communication.

Service Reliability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. While we provide robust tools for tracking school fees, academic results, and transport logistics, the Institution remains the primary decision-maker for all administrative and safety operations. PayDesk is a facilitator of data and efficiency.
